Order, refund & privacy

Free design and proof

Tell us what you'd like with our short design form. Within 1 business day we email one digital proof showing your layout with a sample name. The design and revisions are free, and you pay nothing until you approve.

Payment and production

After you approve the proof, we send a secure Stripe payment link for your exact quantity. After payment, you send your final name list and photos; production starts once we have them. We print every name exactly as written in your list, so please check spelling before you send it.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel after paying but before production starts, you receive a full refund. Because every ornament is personalized, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If any ornament arrives damaged or has a printing error on our side, email us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, and local delivery in the Madison area is free as well. We confirm the expected delivery timing with your proof.

Sales tax

Wisconsin sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.

Privacy

We use the information you give us (contact details, shipping address, names and images for printing) only to make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We do not sell or share your information.
